Job Summary

Required Qualifications and Education

- 2-3 years of proven work experience with customer contact preferred
- Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is desirable
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Must have the ability to work independently in a remote environment
