Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer service inquiries and transactions independently across multiple channels
  • Provide one-call resolution by addressing customer issues and advocating for repeat issues
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and assist in retaining customers who wish to cancel services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to participate in cross-training with other departments
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
