Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service inquiries and transactions independently across multiple channels
- Provide one-call resolution by addressing customer issues and advocating for repeat issues
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and assist in retaining customers who wish to cancel services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willingness to participate in cross-training with other departments
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
