Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to manage client renewals and maintain account accuracy in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts scheduled for renewal and proactively engage customers to secure renewals
  • Generate renewal agreements with accurate pricing and coordinate with internal stakeholders for discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Accounts Receivable to address pricing approvals and outstanding balances
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service, account management, or retention experience preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Experience discussing pricing and handling negotiations
