Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-SCA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and process inquiries from members and providers
  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints and maintain records of interactions
  • Educate providers on claims submission and perform follow-up tasks as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Must live within driving distance from El Paso, TX or Tallahassee, FL
