Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Work From Home) Full-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to correspondence from child support clients
- Provide accurate account information and educate clients on policies and procedures
- Research and process correspondence received via email, fax, and mail
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
- Proficient in data entry skills and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
- Must have a private area to work and a high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Contingent on passing a background check and drug test
