Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Work From Home) Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to correspondence from child support clients
  • Provide accurate account information and educate clients on policies and procedures
  • Research and process correspondence received via email, fax, and mail
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in data entry skills and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
  • Must have a private area to work and a high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Contingent on passing a background check and drug test
