- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and adhere to privacy and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
- Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Language: Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
