Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and adhere to privacy and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Language: Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
