Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to the Customer Service and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support inventory and customer service activities, including order processing and shipping logistics
  • Coordinate daily inventory tracking and provide reports to internal and external customers
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience with the Order Fulfillment process and inventory management
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, is preferred
  • Ability to flex work hours based on business needs
