Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who must live near Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Record any abusive or extraordinary calls as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
