Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for healthcare-related outreach projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to inform individuals about program qualifications and schedule appointments
• Document all communication and maintain records of interactions
• Troubleshoot equipment issues remotely and visit the office for unresolved technical problems

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and call center operations
• Experience with data entry and accuracy in documenting interactions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Remote Desktop applications
• Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment with reliable internet connectivity
• Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers, are highly preferred
