Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve customer issues
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM and meet performance targets
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months to 1 year
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Knowledge and experience with a CRM preferred
  • Previous scheduling experience is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare or medical fields, particularly dermatological concepts, is helpful
