Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions in the CRM and meet performance targets
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months to 1 year
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Knowledge and experience with a CRM preferred
- Previous scheduling experience is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or medical fields, particularly dermatological concepts, is helpful
