Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound support phone calls and respond to client emails within defined service levels
  • Build strong client relationships and follow up as needed to ensure effective communication
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software applications
  • Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Access to a personal device for multi-factor authentication and a reliable internet connection of at least 10Mbps down
