Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound support phone calls and respond to client emails within defined service levels
- Build strong client relationships and follow up as needed to ensure effective communication
- Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role
- Ability to quickly learn complex software applications
- Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
- Access to a personal device for multi-factor authentication and a reliable internet connection of at least 10Mbps down
