Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and support resolution by performing research and initiating processes as necessary
  • Process billing requests and manual premium payments, including handling service requests and loan requests
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and complete follow-up calls for missing items and funds
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in an insurance industry or call center environment
  • Associate's degree in business or related field
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
