Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and support resolution by performing research and initiating processes as necessary
- Process billing requests and manual premium payments, including handling service requests and loan requests
- Maintain records of customer interactions and complete follow-up calls for missing items and funds
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience preferred
- Experience in an insurance industry or call center environment
- Associate's degree in business or related field
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
