Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter customer orders into SAP with accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve potential delays
  • Maintain customer data in SAP and partner with Accounting for account management
Required Qualifications
  • Solid professional experience in a fast-paced environment; manufacturing or sales support experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer literacy with high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen
