Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide timely and accurate support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
- Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately in the system
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience preferred; experience in a professional or office environment is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Comfortable navigating CRM or order management systems (training will be provided)
- Must be available to work on-site one day per week following completion of training
