Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide timely and accurate support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
  • Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately in the system
Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience preferred; experience in a professional or office environment is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfortable navigating CRM or order management systems (training will be provided)
  • Must be available to work on-site one day per week following completion of training
