Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of two years in high volume customer service roles
- Prior experience in consumer/mortgage lending or banking is strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications required
