Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Verify customer understanding of loan servicing and provide accurate information to resolve issues
  • Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and stay current on industry regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum of two years in high volume customer service roles
  • Prior experience in consumer/mortgage lending or banking is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications required
