Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support to providers and members regarding insurance-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from providers and members regarding eligibility, claims, and authorizations
  • Collaborate with partners to resolve issues related to claims payment and eligibility inquiries
  • Create and track Customer Service Incidents to resolve caller issues and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Health Insurance industry preferred
  • Claims payor experience preferred but not required
