Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and chats, providing accurate information on policies and resolving client inquiries
  • Process tasks related to policy updates, cancellations, and endorsements efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and participate in training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines insurance or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations preferred
  • Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software
  • Active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain productivity without direct supervision
