A company is looking for a SBO Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing for hospital and physician accounts through various communication channels
  • Access relevant databases to assist in resolving patient inquiries and process patient correspondence
  • Document actions taken in the billing system and complete daily statistic summary reports
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
  • Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
  • Computer skills and excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to effectively interact with the public and healthcare professionals
