- Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing for hospital and physician accounts through various communication channels
- Access relevant databases to assist in resolving patient inquiries and process patient correspondence
- Document actions taken in the billing system and complete daily statistic summary reports
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
- Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
- Computer skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to effectively interact with the public and healthcare professionals
