Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Responds to patient inquiries via multiple communication channels and accesses the billing system for resolution
- Processes patient correspondence and manages walk-in inquiries on-site
- Documents actions taken in the billing system and completes daily statistic summary reports
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
- Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with the public and medical professionals
- Computer skills and excellent customer service skills
