Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to patient inquiries via multiple communication channels and accesses the billing system for resolution
  • Processes patient correspondence and manages walk-in inquiries on-site
  • Documents actions taken in the billing system and completes daily statistic summary reports
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
  • Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with the public and medical professionals
  • Computer skills and excellent customer service skills
