Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients' customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Accurately document customer accounts in client systems
  • Follow required scripts, policies, and procedures while providing exceptional service
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Flexibility in working schedule, including availability for at least one weekend day
  • Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM and ability to use multiple software systems
  • Must reside in specific states including TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, or NV
