Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Home Learning).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner
- Provide tailored guidance to homeschooling families and resolve their concerns
- Utilize multiple CRM systems to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work during the mandatory peak period of August 1 - September 30
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Dedication to delivering exceptional service and handling customer issues with care
