Job Summary

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Experience in banking, mortgage, student loan services, or telecom is strongly preferred; related insurance experience is acceptable
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism and clarity during calls
  • Comfort working in a structured call center environment and meeting productivity goals
