Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process order entries, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system

Required Qualifications

- 2 years of direct Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
