Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive consumer experience that encourages word-of-mouth advertising
  • Manage inbound calls to resolve product and technical support issues
  • Record consumer information and troubleshooting efforts as required
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
  • Proficient PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
  • Access to a Static IP address and meet internet speed requirements
  • Must pass background and drug tests and have a secure workspace
