Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive consumer experience that encourages word-of-mouth advertising
- Manage inbound calls to resolve product and technical support issues
- Record consumer information and troubleshooting efforts as required
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
- Proficient PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
- Access to a Static IP address and meet internet speed requirements
- Must pass background and drug tests and have a secure workspace
