Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center - Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, and providers regarding insurance policies
- Researches company records to provide accurate information on insurance questions and maintains a working knowledge of all company products
- Initiates and completes necessary clerical tasks and ensures compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; six months related call center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a reliable internet connection
- Must pass background screening and drug tests
- Typing speed of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Preferred: Associate's degree and experience in Long Term Care Insurance
