Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center - Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, and providers regarding insurance policies
  • Researches company records to provide accurate information on insurance questions and maintains a working knowledge of all company products
  • Initiates and completes necessary clerical tasks and ensures compliance with privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; six months related call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a reliable internet connection
  • Must pass background screening and drug tests
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Preferred: Associate's degree and experience in Long Term Care Insurance
