Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze problems and provide solutions while maintaining positive customer relations

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility is preferred
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Must have a HIPAA-compliant workstation and meet internet speed requirements
