Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, and claims
- Analyze problems and provide solutions while maintaining positive customer relations
- Document customer interactions and identify trends to address service issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility is preferred
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must have a HIPAA-compliant workstation and meet internet speed requirements
