Job Summary

- Support the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of onsite interviews and related hiring activities
- Partner with hiring managers on resume review, intake discussions, and preparation for hiring events
- Deliver logistical support for call center-wide meetings and coordinate engagement initiatives to strengthen employee relationships
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:
- Experience supporting interview coordination, scheduling, or recruitment activities
- Proven organizational abilities with comfort managing several priorities at once
- Experience supporting events or meetings is helpful, though not required
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
