Job Summary

  • Support the end-to-end scheduling and coordination of onsite interviews and related hiring activities
  • Partner with hiring managers on resume review, intake discussions, and preparation for hiring events
  • Deliver logistical support for call center-wide meetings and coordinate engagement initiatives to strengthen employee relationships
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representatives:
  • Experience supporting interview coordination, scheduling, or recruitment activities
  • Proven organizational abilities with comfort managing several priorities at once
  • Experience supporting events or meetings is helpful, though not required
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
