Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Specialty Equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processes incoming insurance documents and accurately enters customer information into internal systems
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and follow up on documentation or account issues
  • Researches and resolves simple to moderately complex concerns and inquiries for customers and policyholders
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service or Contact Center experience
  • Proficient keyboard skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Experience with data entry, email, and/or live chat servicing
