Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Specialty Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes incoming insurance documents and accurately enters customer information into internal systems
- Handles inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and follow up on documentation or account issues
- Researches and resolves simple to moderately complex concerns and inquiries for customers and policyholders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service or Contact Center experience
- Proficient keyboard skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Experience with data entry, email, and/or live chat servicing
