Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls from medical providers regarding patient claims, prior authorizations, member eligibility, and portal support
  • Resolve issues on the first call and maintain strong relationships with providers
  • Document provider issues and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while meeting productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Healthcare or Medicaid insurance background preferred
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
