Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls from medical providers regarding patient claims, prior authorizations, member eligibility, and portal support
- Resolve issues on the first call and maintain strong relationships with providers
- Document provider issues and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while meeting productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Healthcare or Medicaid insurance background preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
