Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by explaining policy coverage and claim status to policyholders and third parties
- Process requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Review and maintain procedures regarding policy information while meeting department standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- At least one year of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
- Background in life and health insurance desired
- Customer service experience with strong phone skills
- Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
