Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service by explaining policy coverage and claim status to policyholders and third parties
  • Process requests from correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Review and maintain procedures regarding policy information while meeting department standards
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • At least one year of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
  • Background in life and health insurance desired
  • Customer service experience with strong phone skills
  • Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
