Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Trainee.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and other communication channels
- Document all customer communication clearly and ensure resolution is achieved on first contact
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
