Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Trainee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately
  • Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and other communication channels
  • Document all customer communication clearly and ensure resolution is achieved on first contact
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
