Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Employer Services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the Wellness Testing Client Services team, branch offices, regional laboratories, and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns through email and phone correspondence
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry into forms, spreadsheets, and databases
Required Qualifications
  • Associates Degree
  • 3 or more years of customer service experience
  • 1 or more years working with MS Office (Excel, Word)
