Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls and chats regarding personal lines insurance policies
  • Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations preferred
  • Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software
  • An active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high accuracy
