Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls and chats regarding personal lines insurance policies
- Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations preferred
- Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software
- An active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high accuracy
