Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1 to provide support in the Insurance Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer correspondence
  • Process policy-related requests, including duplicates and address changes
  • Resolve customer complaints through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of call center customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus
  • Excellent PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of company products and procedures
