Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1 to provide support in the Insurance Services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer correspondence
- Process policy-related requests, including duplicates and address changes
- Resolve customer complaints through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of call center customer service experience preferred
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus
- Excellent PC skills and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
- Ability to maintain knowledge of company products and procedures
