Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Fitness to provide customer service for its Fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, providing accurate information and assistance
• Records call information in the appropriate system and coordinates necessary follow-ups
• Participates in meetings and collaborates with other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
