Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound residential customer phone calls regarding billing, collections, and account maintenance
  • Update and maintain customer account records and verify accuracy of information

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • 6 months of experience as a Customer Credit Representative meeting performance metrics
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to receive direction and take appropriate action
