Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound residential customer phone calls regarding billing, collections, and account maintenance
- Update and maintain customer account records and verify accuracy of information
- Inform customers about company offerings and direct calls to appropriate work groups when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- 6 months of experience as a Customer Credit Representative meeting performance metrics
- Basic math skills
- Ability to receive direction and take appropriate action
