Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to coordinate provider phone calls and manage service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct calls related to pre-treatment review and Case Management services
  • Document calls in the Case Management platform and follow up with callers as needed
  • Initiate referrals for Case Management and verify request CPT/ICD codes when necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduation or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Basic computer and customer service experience required
  • Medical terminology and medical coding experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret insurance documents and regulations
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Windows and Word
