Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to coordinate provider phone calls and manage service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls related to pre-treatment review and Case Management services
- Document calls in the Case Management platform and follow up with callers as needed
- Initiate referrals for Case Management and verify request CPT/ICD codes when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Basic computer and customer service experience required
- Medical terminology and medical coding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret insurance documents and regulations
- Proficient in PC skills, including Windows and Word
