Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients and their employees with HR software and services through calls and chats

• Document customer interactions and follow up on issues until resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School degree required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours within the service center's operational hours
• Proficient in using Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a suitable home work environment free from distractions
