Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 60-80 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
  • Document information and communicate with clinical staff regarding patient needs
  • Handle medication refills, referral requests, and schedule patient appointments
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute
