Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 60-80 incoming phone calls daily and identify customer assistance needs
- Document information and communicate with clinical staff regarding patient needs
- Handle medication refills, referral requests, and schedule patient appointments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
