Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients' customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls efficiently, identifying issues and providing solutions
- Accurately document customer accounts in client systems
- Follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM; ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously
- Must reside in specific states including TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, or NV
