Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time, inbound call center position starting in June 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Provide excellent service and document call details in the system
- Build positive relationships and solve customer problems
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport)
- Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
- Preferred 1 year of call center experience
- General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
- Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
