Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote, full-time, inbound call center position starting in June 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries
  • Provide excellent service and document call details in the system
  • Build positive relationships and solve customer problems
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport)
  • Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
  • Preferred 1 year of call center experience
  • General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
  • Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
