Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote inbound call center position starting in June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
• Provide excellent service with a positive and understanding approach
• Document call details in the system and solve problems for customers

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with valid ID requirements
• Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check
• Preferred 1 year of call center experience
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment
• Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
