Key Responsibilities

• Document interactions and leave detailed messages for unavailable individuals
• Utilize Microsoft Remote Desktop and other tools to manage workflows efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in customer service, including call center operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Remote Desktop applications
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills preferred for some positions
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 mbps download
• Comfortable working remotely in a distraction-free environment
