Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist in processing medications related to workers' compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding workers' compensation claims and prescription fulfillment
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, focusing on first-call resolution and timely follow-up
  • Document interactions accurately and manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with privacy requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers as primary job tools
  • Experience using computers and Windows PCs, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work a set 8-hour shift Tuesday - Saturday during business hours
