Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients via incoming and outbound calls regarding self-pay balances
  • Review patient accounts receivable to determine assistance and next steps
  • Post patient payments and adjustments according to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months of medical experience preferred
  • One year of customer service and accounts receivable experience
  • Experience with Word and Excel is required
