Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and support sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and product-related questions while ensuring exceptional service
• Process orders, manage delivery information, and support field sales/service operations accurately
• Maintain knowledge of products and special projects to assist with order entry and pricing agreements

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of customer service experience is required
• Sales support experience (ERP, Oracle, SAP) is preferred
