Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process orders, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system
- Maintain accurate records and participate in continuous improvement projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of direct customer service and/or call center experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is preferred
