Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Process orders, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in continuous improvement projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of direct customer service and/or call center experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is preferred
