Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process order entry, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement activities/projects
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of direct Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesis, PowerBI, etc.) is preferred
