Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative 1 in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, providers, and agents regarding insurance policies
  • Provide accurate information on insurance questions by accessing and updating software system data
  • Research company records to assist customers and maintain a working knowledge of all company products and services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED; six months of related call center experience and/or training
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • Must pass background screening and drug tests
  • Must provide a dedicated remote work location with reliable internet access
  • Timely responses from three professional references are required
