Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and coordinate with internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve potential delays
- Maintain customer data in SAP and support demand planning efforts
Required Qualifications
- Solid professional experience in a fast-paced environment; manufacturing or sales support experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen
