Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders and coordinate with internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter customer orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely responses
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve potential delays
  • Maintain customer data in SAP and support demand planning efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Solid professional experience in a fast-paced environment; manufacturing or sales support experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated workspace
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen
